Summer Staff Positions

All those who apply for summer staff positions must attend staff training, be able to show that they take the job seriously, be able to work hard and be willing to serve in all areas of camp to make sure campers get the best experience possible. These staff positions do not require a whole summer commitment, but priority will be given to those able to commit more time.

On-Site Staff Training: July 2- July 5, 2025
Summer Camp: July 6 - August 30, 2025

If you are interested in working for our summer programs in a volunteer or paid capacity, please have a look at our job descriptions and apply when you are ready!

All staff are selected through a rigorous application and interview process and are expected to attend all training sessions.

If you have any questions at all please email coordinator@campgrafton.ca

 Compensation

We fully understand the sacrifice it takes to work at summer camp. You commit time, energy and finances for a greater cause. We’d love to be able to support you financially for joining our team; however, because of our financial realities, that’s not always possible. There are a few things we are able to offer.

Summer Leadership Positions

Leadership Staff will receive the minimum daily wage as set by the BC government.

Staff Honorarium

The amount we are able to provide is dependent on the funds we have and the number of staff that are eligible, but in previous years we have been able to provide roughly $300 a week to volunteer staff.
