Rental applications for 6-day blocks Aug.8th - Sept.4th will be accepted starting January 30th. Priority will be given to previous renters.
$5000 (1pm Tuesday until 1pm Monday)
Rental applications for various blocks Sept 5th - Oct.22nd will be accepted starting February 28th
$1200/ night, 2 nights minimum (1pm checkin/out)
For new renters, an $800 damage/cleaning deposit applies at time of application. It is refunded if the property is left clean and undamaged. This deposit is waived for returning renters in good standing.
